This policy explains how the Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation of Kosovo (FBBFK) processes personal data on this website, in line with Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who we are
The data controller is the Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation of Kosovo, based in Prishtina. For any question about your data, write to federatabodybuilding@gmail.com or call +383 49 266 029.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you.
- Technical data: the web server automatically logs your IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting.
- Competition results and photos: we publish athletes’ names, categories, placings and photos from official competitions as part of public reporting on the sport. We do not publish the names of athletes under 18.
Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers the language you chose (Albanian, English or Serbian). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep data
We keep contact-form messages for up to 12 months and then delete them. Results and news remain in the site’s archive as part of the sport’s history.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for marketing. It is stored with our hosting and email providers only as far as needed to run the site.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict processing and to object to it. If you are an athlete and would like a photo or your name removed from the site, write to us and we will look into it promptly.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency (IPA) of the Republic of Kosovo.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
