The FBBFK sports rules describe how competitors present themselves to the judges at the Federation’s competitions. The document was adopted by the Executive Board in March 2023 and is based on the rules of the international federation, the IFBB, of which FBBFK is a member.
Most of the document is an illustrated description of the mandatory poses in bodybuilding, with a photo for each pose. The document is intended for competitors, coaches and judges, and is especially useful for those preparing for their first competition.
What it contains
- Legal basis: the rules are adopted by the Executive Board on the basis of the Statute.
- Mandatory poses from the front: Front Lat Spread, Front Double Biceps, Side Chest and Side Triceps.
- Poses from the back: Back Lat Spread and Back Double Biceps.
